Justin R. Landgraf

Justin R. Landgraf focuses his practice on business law, real estate, civil litigation, and energy and natural resources law. Justin has been named to Rising Star in Oklahoma for the last five consecutive years as a Civil Litigation Attorney: Defense. He has also been named among the top 10% of US lawyers by Lawyers of Distinction.
Justin earned his Bachelors in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University and Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008 where he graduated with honors. He is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas.
Craig Ladd

Craig Ladd graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1996. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney and was later appointed to the position of District Attorney for the 20th Judicial District comprised of Carter, Johnston, Love, Marshall, and Murray Counties, serving in such a capacity for more than seventeen years. During his twenty-seven years as a prosecutor, he proved to be a highly effective trial attorney by successfully trying more than one hundred jury trials. In addition, Craig has appeared several times before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals for oral arguments, prevailing on each occasion. He has been the recipient of numerous accolades and awards for the manner in which he has conducted himself as an attorney. Craig’s practice includes criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, probate, and real estate disputes.
Jeffrey S. Landgraf

Jeffrey S. Landgraf has devoted his career to representing clients throughout southern Oklahoma. Jeff will take a common sense approach to your matter for economical and efficient resolution. However, his competitive spirit quickly takes over when strong advocacy becomes necessary.
Jeff’s practice includes civil litigation, family law, real estate, probate, and estate planning. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts, the Eastern District of Oklahoma Federal Court and the Tribal Court of the Chickasaw Nation and Choctaw Nation. He currently serves as President of the Marshall County Bar Association.
Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 2002. His undergraduate degree is from Oklahoma State University where he was recognized as one of the top 10 graduates.
Natalie Swink-Smith

Natalie Swink-Smith is an Associate Attorney focusing on business law, real estate, civil litigation, energy and natural resource law, and estate planning.
She is a native of Ardmore, Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and graduated Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2023.

Jennifer Key is a Paralegal who primarily focuses on the firm’s litigation practice. Jennifer attended the University of Central Oklahoma and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Paralegal certificate in 2017 from Oklahoma State University.

Kayli Ellison serves a dual role as both a Legal and Administrative Assistant. Kayli will likely be your first interaction with the firm in person or by phone. Kayli assists with all administrative tasks of the firm and plays an active role in anything from billing to cataloging evidence. Kayli graduated from Lone Grove High School as Salutatorian and joined the firm in 2022.
